H9Homes charges a visiting fee for arranging and coordinating plot site visits.

Customers may cancel a site visit at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit time to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be applicable only if:

• The site visit is cancelled within the allowed cancellation period

• The visit is cancelled by H9Homes due to unavoidable circumstances

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Customer does not show up for the visit

• Cancellation is made after the scheduled visit time

• Site visit has already been completed
