H9Homes provides paid site visit coordination services for plots and real estate projects. The visiting charge is collected to arrange the site visit, coordinate schedules, and provide assistance during the visit.

All visiting charges must be paid in advance through our authorized payment gateway. Payments once made confirm the site visit booking.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details at the time of booking. H9Homes will not be responsible for missed visits due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

H9Homes acts only as a site visit facilitator and does not guarantee property pricing, ownership, availability, or legal approvals. Any property transaction after the visit is solely between the buyer and the property owner/developer.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
